Wash affected skin with soap, and water and dry fully before applying. Between the toes, apply twice a day for 1 week. On the bottom or sides of the foot, apply twice a day for 2 weeks. For jock itch and ringworm, apply once a day for 1 week.

This athlete's foot and jock itch cream is meant for adults and children over 12 years. For athlete's foot, wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes. Change shoes and socks at least once a day. Do not use on nails and scalp.
