At Distausa.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of our products and international sourcing, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read the details below carefully:

No Refunds – Only Reshipping for Damaged Products:

All products sold on Distausa.com are sourced directly from the USA, incurring significant customs duties, taxes, and logistics costs. As a result, we do not offer any refunds. If a product is received in damaged condition, we will gladly reship a replacement at no additional cost, upon valid proof of damage shared within 3 days of delivery.

Return by Choice (Non-Damaged Products):

If the product is not damaged but the customer wishes to return it for personal reasons, no refunds will be issued. In certain cases, we may consider exchanges or reshipping at the customer’s expense, subject to product eligibility and approval by our support team.

Return Window:

Any issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery. After this period, we will be unable to offer any resolution.

Food Items:

Returns are not accepted for food items. However, in rare cases where there is a product quality concern, our team will assess and may offer reshipping as a resolution.
