Return Policy

All products sold on Distausa.com are sourced directly from the USA, incurring significant customs duties, taxes, and logistics costs. As a result, we do not offer any refunds. If a product is received in damaged condition, we will gladly reship a replacement at no additional cost, upon valid proof of damage, including an unboxing video shared within 3 days of delivery.

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other fees are non-refundable.

For orders above ₹15,000 where a partial advance payment is collected:
Order cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, the advance amount will not be refunded, as procurement of the product is initiated.

Once the product has been procured or shipped from the USA:
Cancellation is not eligible for any refund of the advance/partial payment This is due to incurred costs such as international shipping, customs duties, and handling charges

If the product is not damaged but the customer wishes to return it for personal reasons, no refunds will be issued.
In certain cases, we may consider exchanges or reshipping at the customer’s expense, subject to product eligibility and approval by our support team.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we will be unable to offer any resolution.

Distausa reserves the right to refuse service or future orders to any customers found misusing the return/reshipment policy.

Returns are not accepted for food items. However, in rare cases where there is a product quality concern, our team will assess and may offer reshipping as a resolution.
